Return Policy/Warranty

We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Mengtor within one years of purchase date (subject to our terms and conditions below).

At Mengtor, returns are easy. We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and convenient return procedures.  

Steps to follow for return of goods:

• Log on to Mengtor.uk

• Click on Return of Goods located on left-hand side

• Select order number or type the product SKU code in the search bar, such as “PH-LCD-IP-00056BK”

• Follow the instruction, select items to be returned

• Indicate the quantity and reason for return

• Click on RMA request

• Print RMA form with the RMA number and attach with items

• Ship to RMA department located UK.

Once you submit the RMA request form, you must ship out the return parts to the RMA department within 7 days upon submission, NO exception, or it will not be accepted.

Return for Credits

A.Changed mind/ Unwanted item.  The products are fine, but I changed my mind or I don’t need it any more.

i)Returned item must be unused, with original tags and package.

ii)Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees.

B.Return under warranty.  All products sold by Mengtor.uk are covered by one years  warranty except physical damaged/ “man-made broken” item(s).  If you found defective items with quality-related issues, you can return them back to us for credits (we do not accept exchange), but please make sure all return item(s) meet our return condition.   We regret to declare that if the returned part(s)’ condition is not met, Mengtor reserves the right to refuse credit for the returning merchandise.

What do we mean about physical damaged / “man-made broken” returns?  Below A-E returns are examples do not meet our return condition.

A.LCD is broken or damaged, range from vertical lines, different colours throughout the screen, or completely black out screen.  It is important to note here, if you (buyer) received the screen with black screen (no image), please send the image to us by email cuscare@mengtor.uk as our record as soon as possible.  We will check the item when we received and identify the reason.  Once we identified the issue, we will issue the credits accordingly.

B.Flex cable is broken/damaged

C.Glass is broken/cracked/damaged

D.Screen scratched.  

E.Frame bezel dropping or any parts missing

Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account from time of shipping to our RMA department, to Mengtor receiving package. Mengtor, as the distributor, is not responsible for shipping cost for your returns.

• All returns must be brand new ( NEVER USED ) in original packaging along with the warranty seal, otherwise warranty on the part will be considered void.

• All items purchased with Mengtor receive a warranty stamp, any and all items received without such stamp, will not be credited.

• Any packages without an RMA number will not be processed.

• If you return parts that were not purchased from mengtor.uk, but from another vendor, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs if you want the products returned.

• All return shipping is at the sole responsibility of the buyer, we do not refund return shipping.

• Mengtor WILL NOT provide any shipping to customers to return defective/unwanted parts back

Mengtor will ONLY give store CREDIT and NOT a refund to any return items,  NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND will be granted. In the exception of a refund, it will only be issued to a customer who will no longer be ordering from Mengtor there and after.

Claims missing item or Received wrong item.

When you (buyer) get the package, if you find there are some items missing from your order or you received incorrect item(s).  Please keep the original packing stuff, provide us the details on the Despatch Note via sending us photos (photos should contain per product SKU). All evidence should be sent to our email cuscare@mengtor.uk

Reports for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received through Customer Service within the same business day of receipt of merchandise.  We will investigate the case when we get your email and try our best to resolve your issue as soon as we can.  Our customer consultant will contact you for the further actions.

Mengtor is liable for any missing parcels and packages.  We will make sure the parcel will be safely sent to you, if not, we will take actions such as replacement or store credits within 5 working days.  However, Mengtor is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control. We understand our delivery carriers might delay the parcel due to weather condition or accident.  But we will investigate the reason for every delayed case we received.  We will issue the full delivery postage to you within 1 working day if our guaranteed delivery failed the guaranteed delivery time.  

Steps to follow for damaged product(s):

• Call / Email Customer service within 24 hour after receiving damaged and/or visibly harmed items. (Including suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening)

• Email cuscare@mengtor.uk containing account user name, order number and photo displaying outside parcel alongside damaged item with original product packaging.  

Once Mengtor is notified of incident, allow 1-5 business operating hours for response.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

With obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than one years after delivery.
